Bold big lettering on back car, some stains and spots on cover but no rips or tears and in good condition, so EX-. The record itself is also in good shape, minimal signs of use only and some little hissing can be detected in the silent sections. Since there are only a few quite parts, the background hiss is only in b between tracks and is unlikely to be noticed or stand out, so EX-
